The first commercial banner in my overpass spotting of the past few months:
"Bridal Fair, Sun. 27th Oct. Diamond Creek", Greensborough Highway. I'm betting it won't stay up too long, and that would be fair. It seems reasonable that people should use it to celebrate their small, personal events and that advertising be disallowed.
