It's true. Even though this guy cursed at the slow movers and zig-zagged amongst the 12:45am Victoria Parade traffic while violins played on the radio, he calmed down after that and I felt compelled to leave him the $4 change from my fare. I've no idea if it makes a difference to them when I do this, but I'd like to think it helps to create a slightly happier world, somehow.
